Beautiful, clean and amazing staff. Loved this place it’s spotless. We will be back without doubt. Rooms are gorgeous, brand new and huge. Huge shout out to Surresh who is amazing and Adaland in the evening buffet. Amazing holiday thank you

Luxury room Beachfront - our first room was massive but had a restricted sea view (a view of building work & extractor fans) & was on the first floor with no lift, which didn’t work with a baby & toddler. So we moved to another room on the ground floor which was perfect. It had a lovely garden for the kids to run around in & views of the sea. The rooms are recently refurbished to a high standard with comfy beds, good storage & gorgeous diptyque toiletries. Full board - we upgraded to full board on arrival. We had lunch at East (3 course set menu with a good children’s menu), Waka (200 aed credit per person) & Reunion (200 credit per person or 3 course set menu, good kids menu). Service & food at all restaurants was very good. Food is labelled for allergies & the chefs were accommodating. The dinner buffet at East isn’t huge but we always found enough to eat. There was a children’s section but this was removed for Ramadan. It would be nice if there was one vegan dessert option each night for vegans / dairy free. However I was pleased to see oat & almond milk at breakfast Grounds - gorgeous spacious grounds with lovely walks by the beach, really well maintained. Huge heated pools & extensive beach. Kids facilities - there is a small kids room with bean bags, drawing table, toys & play kitchen. The staff are fantastic & there is a full schedule of activities. My kids loved the evening disco & the pool games. We stayed & played with our kids because they’re under 4. The baby pool is huge, covered & heated. We loved meeting the Harris hawk & owl after breakfast. We Stayed for two days. Amazing hotel and staff. Being from start to end its was incredible .loved those two days.special thank to mostafa reunion, Mia and team in waka, breakfast in east was great experience with all my lovely staff took care of us, specially Thin, Thilini, Ravi, ivy. Will come back soon for another great experience.
